Amendment under Employee’s Compensation act, 1923 vide notification dated :- 12th April 2017.

1. Every employer shall inform to an employee while joining the establishment his rights to compensation in writing as well as through electronically in English, Hindi or local language.
2. Non filing of returns – fine not less than Rs. 50,000/- which may extend to Rs. 1 Lac.
