Introduction Of Non-Discretionary Auto-Renewal Of The Licenses Granted Under Various Labour Laws In West Bengal - The Factories Act, 1948

The Labour Department of West Bengal vide Notification No. Labour/1697/ESTT has introduced the non-discretionary auto-renewal of (i) Licenses granted under the Factories Act, 1948 (ii) Licenses for contractors under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (iii) Licenses granted ?to the contractors under the Inter-State Migrant Workman Act, 1979. This shall be done through the online portal (https://wblc.gov.in/e-services) and shall be processed immediately. ?
