Are there any contingencies other than retrenchment in which the workmen are entitled to compensation?

When an undertaking is transferred from one employer to another or when it is closed down for any reason, the workmen of that undertaking who have been in continuous service for one year or more are entitled to receive notice or notice wages and compensation as if they had been retrenched. Ss.25(FF) & 25(FFF)
