Can any employer frame a standing order which is not corresponding to any standing order in the Model Standing Orders?
\r\n\r\nIf a standing order falls within the Schedule to the Act it would not be invalid just because there is no corresponding standing order in the Model Standing Orders. A standing order of a Company making money-lending within the Company\'s premises a misconduct is, therefore, valid though there is no corresponding standing order in the Model Standing Orders.
