Does the exclusion of the subject of transfer from the Schedule to the Act in any manner affect the employer\'s right to transfer an employee?

\r\n\r\nTransfer is not a matter included in the Schedule to the Act. The employer is therefore not required to frame any standing order in respect of the said matter. Since there is no such requirement under the Act, the employer cannot be denied the normal right available to him to transfer an employee from one place to other.\r\n\r\n
