What exactly is the meaning and ambit of section 13-A of the Act?
Section 13-A does not create a forum for adjudication of industrial disputes involving the application and/or interpretation of standing orders. The limited purpose of section 13-A is to provide a forum for determination of any question arising \\\"as to the application or interpretation\\\" of the certified Standing Orders as such, in case either the employer or the employee (s) entertain a doubt as to their meaning or their applicability.
