What is the provision of the Act for trying the offences under the Act ?
An offence under the act shall be tried by the Labour Court constituted under the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the offence was committed; and an appeal against the judgment of the Labour Court shall be decided by the Industrial Court constituted under the said Act. Every appeal shall be made within thirty days from the date of the judgment.
