Can a male employee file a complaint for sexual harassment by a woman?

No,The name of the Act suggest harassment of women at workplace and also the definition of the term Aggrieved Woman under section 2(a) of the POSH Act and not just aggrieved or aggrieved person indicates the laws clear intention. However, the Act only defines a Respondent and does not prevent a woman from filing a complaint against another woman or a person of the third gender.
