Is there any time limit for appeal?
The ICC/LCC shall in each calendar year prepare an Annual report containing the following details and submit the same to the employer and the District Officer.
• Number of complaints of sexual harassment in the year;
• Number of complaints disposed off during the year;
• Number of cases pending for more than ninety days;
• Number of workshops or awareness programme against sexual harassment carried out;
• Nature of action taken by the employer or District Officer.
