Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for settlement of claims in EPFO. - The Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

Head Office circular of even number dated 24.08.2017 (placed on EPFO website at SI.No. 269 on Office orders/circulars for 2017-18)
Please refer to the above said subject. On page No.4 of the above-mentioned SOP, point No. (ii) and (vii) may be read as under:-

(ii) 68J:- No documents are required. Member would be required to submit a self- declaration to that effect.
(vii) 68N:- Member would be required to submit only a self-certification to that effect.

In this regard, copy of relevant circular No. Manual/ Amendment/2011/Pt/1832 dated 27.04.2017.
